Skybus Passenger Handling Assistant

We have vacancies for two Passenger Handling Assistants, based at St Mary’s Airport.

Job Responsibilities

• Check-in and aircraft dispatch
• Completing load sheets
• Assisting passengers during times of disruption
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Providing excellent customer service

Qualifications and requirements

• A good general education, excellent communication, customer service and computer skills. You should be flexible towards working hours. Passenger handling, customer service and systems training will be provided.
• Applicants will need to have accommodation on St Mary’s to be considered for this role.

Hours 

• This is a permanent position, 40 hours per week working week days and weekends.
• 4 x 10½ hour shifts per week with a daily break of 30 minutes, rostered to meet the airline’s requirements.
