Job description
A vacancy for a Passenger Handling Assistant, based at St Mary’s Airport.
Job Responsibilities
- Check-in and aircraft dispatch
- Completing load sheets
- Assisting passengers during times of disruption
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service

Qualifications and requirements
- Previous Airline or Airport customer service experience is preferred.
- A good general education, excellent communication, good communication skills, customer service and computer skills.
- You should be flexible towards working hours.
- Passenger handling, customer service and systems training will be provided.
Hours
- This is a permanent position, 40 hours per week.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday, normally 4 x 10½ hour shifts with a daily break of 30 minutes.
- Rostered shifts to meet the airline’s requirements.
