Job description

Seasonal Passenger Handling Assistant, based at St Mary’s Airport.

Duties include:

  • Check-in and aircraft dispatch.
  • Completing load sheets.
  • Assisting passengers during times of disruption.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries face to face and by telephone.
  • Providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications and requirements

A good general education, excellent communication, customer service and computer skills. You should be flexible towards working hours. Passenger handling, customer service and systems training will be provided.

Applicants will need to have accommodation on St Mary’s to be considered for this role.

Hours

This is a seasonal position, 40 hours per week working weekdays and weekends.

4 x 10½ hour shifts per week with a daily break of 30 minutes, rostered to meet the airline’s requirements.
