Job description
Seasonal Passenger Handling Assistant, based at Land’s End airport.
Duties include:
- Check-in and aircraft dispatch
- Completing load sheets
- Assisting passengers during times of disruption
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service
Qualifications and requirements
A good general education, excellent communication, customer service and computer skills. You should be flexible towards working hours. Passenger handling, customer service and systems training will be provided.
Hours
This is a seasonal position, 30-40 hours per week. Working weekdays and weekends, normally 10½ hour shifts with a daily break of 30 minutes. Rostered shifts to meet the airline’s requirements.
