Land’s End Airport

Land’s End Airport is the most south westerly airport of mainland Britain.

The airport is owned by the Isles of Scilly Steamship Group, operating year-round Skybus flights to St Mary’s Airport, providing a lifeline service to people living on the Isles of Scilly.

Under the Skybus brand, ISSG began operating a freight service from the airport in 1984 and a scheduled passenger service in 1987.

In 2013 the new passenger terminal at Land’s End Airport opened its doors for the first time, following the completion of a £1 million project. The new passenger terminal features a modern café area, panoramic views of the airfield, outdoor patio areas, Internet access and full disabled facilities. There is also a new baggage handling facility, a dedicated arrivals area, new Air Traffic Control tower, upgraded car parks and security and hangar improvements.

2021 saw Land’s End Airport record its busiest July ever, with more than 8,500 passengers passing through the airport.
