Since we were founded in March 1920, our aim has always been the same: to deliver for Scilly. Everyone who works here has an important part to play. Over 200 employees, with one purpose.
Our mission, vision and values reflect what we want to achieve and how we’re going to do it.
Our vision is the reason we are here. Almost a hundred years later, we are still here to provide the islands with what they need.
Our mission is to be recognised for providing excellent transport services for Scilly.
Our values are what we stand for – community, safety, trust, excellence, people focus, collaboration, transparency and respect.
Delivering for Scilly
Consultants didn’t dream up our mission, vision and values. We asked everyone who works here what they thought; what their opinions really were. These words are based on real comments from our employees, including drivers, engineers, pilots, baggage handlers, customer service agents and air traffic controllers.
This is our promise to our passengers, our employees, and the islands we serve.
